Bio

From a young age, I was always passionate about entertainment and everything about the pop culture world. Loving movies, tv shows, and music. I was lucky enough to live in California, and was fortunate enough to go to events that only fueled this passion. 

 

With my love of entertainment, I also loved writing. Making stories and using a creative way to tell the story. I never realized I could combine the two until I got older.

When I reached the age to start seriously thinking of a career, I decided to pursue marketing. I graduated from California State University Long Beach  in 2019 with a Business Administration degree in Marketing. I began my career, and although I loved marketing, I also wanted to pursue my passion for writing.

I decided to go back to school in 2021 to officially pursue journalism. I knew I was going back to school for journalism. I took various courses from reporting and writing to entertainment journalism and improved my writing abilities throughout the process. I also acquired an internship at CelebSecrets for entertainment journalism news, which continues to teach me the ins and outs of what it takes to be a reporter and writer. In June of 2022, I officially graduated from UCLA's Extension program with a certificate in journalism. I currently am a freelance writer for the entertainment news site, Nicki Swift.
